At Lofthouse Creative, I designed branded merchandise for Renaldo & Co., a performance consulting company that helps leadership teams align, simplify, and execute to drive measurable growth. The concept drew inspiration from founder Megan’s passion for bike packing—using cycling imagery as a metaphor for the way she leads executives and business owners toward clarity and efficiency. The design features a group of cyclists drafting behind a lead rider, symbolizing how Renaldo & Co. guides leadership teams, making it easier for businesses to move forward with focus and momentum. Paired with the tagline “Streamline your business with Renaldo & Co. Performance Consulting,” the merch not only reflects Megan’s personal identity but also reinforces the company’s mission: cutting through complexity and helping teams work smarter, together.
